An introduction into the dialectic permaculture of Café Botanico

A short version of the popular wild herb tour in the Botanico garden held in English.  Plant names will be translated into German upon request.

For this winter event, we will receive a photo lecture from Botanico founder Martin Höfft about the transformation of the garden from a backyard wasteland into a food forest in the years 2011-2013. During the lecture, numerous principles of permaculture will also be addressed and explained in concrete terms using examples and lots of pictures that have not been published yet.

When the weather is ok, we will also go into the garden together and have look at some of the winter herbs. 

Afterwards, at around 13:15, you can join a 3-course vegan meal with produce from our garden and the region.
