Garden-To-Table Tour & Meal with Permaculture lecture

A short version of the popular wild herb tour in the Botanico garden held in English.  Plant names will be translated into German upon request. 

As it will be pretty cold and perhaps even snowy, we will only go into the garden briefly and then receive a photo lecture from Botanico founder Martin Höfft about the transformation of the garden from a backyard wasteland into a food forest in the years 2011-2013. During the lecture, numerous principles of permaculture will also be addressed and explained in concrete terms using examples and lots of pictures that have not been published yet.
The tour includes explanations about permaculture and details about the Botanico Forest Garden and its history. There will also be seasonal herbs to taste. 
Afterwards, at around 13:30 h, you can join a 3-course vegan meal with produce from our garden and the region.
