Her work developed in a country whose deserts, semi-deserts, and dry forests are among the Earth’s major biodiversity hotspots.Our guides lead you through the fascinating world of cacti, agaves, and other succulents in the greenhouses of the Botanic Garden Berlin. These plants share astonishing tricks and tactics by which they often endure months-long dry periods.
