Charity Summer Fest Vol. III

Are you looking for music, dancing, cocktails and general merriment? All in the name of charity? THE SEARCH ENDS HERE. This August, Lilipad hosts our third annual Charity Summer Fest, complete with all the usual favourites: fresh DJs, fresh cocktails, fresh vegetarian food and, of course, the freshest and most fabulous faces in town (that includes you)!

Like last year we’ll also feature a silent auction, along with a few extra(vagant) surprises. So keep it locked to the Lilipad Facebook page for more info on that. We want this to be our biggest and most fabulous event to date, so be there, tell your peeps, and let’s party for charity!

All proceeds from the Lilipad Summer Fest go towards our projects in Morocco, Uganda and Berlin. The proceeds of the silent auction will specifically go towards Little Stars Pre-primary School in Uganda, which recently suffered severe rains that completely destroyed their sanitation system.

// Lilipad is a non-profit organisation based in Berlin. Our mission is to empower local communities by fostering education and literacy. To do this, we open libraries, provide educational material and support with training, together with local institutions in Uganda, Morocco and Germany. We believe that by promoting education among children and young adults, communities can grow more independent and self-reliant. Our fundraising consists mostly of cultural events that bring our Berlin community together while crystallising everyone's engagement into concrete solidarity. //
