The Case for Biobased Plastics

How can biobased plastics help to fight climate change? What are their advantages compared to conventional plastics? Can they help in the transition to a circular economy? Can they become mainstream and replace all fossil based plastics? With the aim of reducing plastic pollution from single use plastic bottles and addressing climate change by using biobased plastics instead of conventional plastics, Beo is now launching its first product: a biobased reusable water bottle.
